Right out of high school Randi-Lee knew she had a passion for the health care field. She went straight into college and started the Pre-Health Science program. After obtaining her certificate, she continued her education in order to obtain her diploma as Registered Practical Nurse. While she was in college, she filled the roll of Personal Support Worker in a long-term care facility. Once she graduated she secured her first position as Pediatric Nurse. Although she loved working with children, her real passion was for the elderly. She began at Barrie Manor as a part time employee and was promoted to full time RPN Charge nurse in January of 2017. Soon after, she was again promoted to Health and Wellness Manager. Randi-Lee looks forward to continuing her career at Barrie Manor by servicing the Residents to the very best of her ability.
